Game won't even start; crashes upon trying

Whenever I click the play button on Steam, it tries to load but then crashes.

Help?

Be more specific. Saying it just crashes out of nowhere doesn't helps.
After being more specific you can always try the standard fixes.
Upgrade your drivers and directx.
And you can also try this, no clue if it works but it only takes like 30 secs. Goto steam, library, right click monday night combat choose properties and click verify cache

Restart steam then try it again.

This still doesnt work for me, This is what ive tried.
1)Launch through steam normally.
2)Launch by admin
3)Launch through mnc.exe
4)Launch mnc.exe admin
5)restart steam
6)do 1-4 again
7)reinstall MNC
8)do 1-6 again

My system:
i7 930
nividia 275
4gb ram
