I bought these. http://www.gaminggenerations.com/store/ ... -2851.html for my elite controller. In the words of Rob Dyrdek, my controller is gunna be all stormtrooper'd out.
i just bought myself some fps freeks as my nubs were wearing off and i wanted to try them, best things every
I thought about that, but I already know how to take apart my controller to clean it and such, so I just figured why not get some cool new sticks?
that's a good point, i don't wanna open my controller (already opened up one by throwing it...gears 2 rage)
Heh, I have been using the same (wired) controller since the launch of the 360. I retired it last night after I wasn't able to move forward anymore... Now I'm using the brand new black one that came with my slim. What do you guys think I should do with the old one??
They're lextenders for the analog sticks. It gives the user a bit more fine control when playing as it's based on the simple principal of having a longer fulcrum imparts a greater range of movement. Also, they're comfortable. I got mine for free a while back and used them because the nubs on my controller were wearing away, but I'm able to pull off headshots much easier than turning sensitivity to 10 in most games. Also while I'm no MLG guy, I've heard they're tournament legal and a lot of those guys use them.
I went back to using wired controllers when I got sick of my battery pack crapping out in the middle of L4D matches.
pull your microsoft rechargeable battery pack apart, take the 2 batteries inside use them as back ups when you use proper rechargeable in a normal battery pack....
