Default Controls

I'm curious as to what the controls are for Skills, juice, taunting and upgrades are. I could only see F to upgrade turrets.

Oh, and I'm sure a lot of people will make it M1, but what is melee.

Well we can certainly wait 2 days to find that out!

Default? Who cares, I'll be remapping anything that I don't like.

Would on earth would you map melee to mouse 1?

Upgrading turrets should be mapped to N by default...

I've gone around and a around about what the default controls are. What we have in place is ok.
I'm finding that PC players have such different controls it's hard to come up with a good default.

I play with an extremely different control scheme than most people, which made me get a lot of feedback from fellow Uberites about what is a good default.

I seriously don't know of a single FPS that does this. :lol:

People use weird key bindings.

I'm kidding... a lot of people pick on me about my key bindings.

all i know is im mapping charge and bomb onto my mouse buttons so just so i can use it so much easier, thats the joy of PC you make it how YOU want it...

I usually start remapping the standard settings one after another. At some point I will start trowing grenades in front of my feet and reload when I wanted to zoom. At this point I usually reload the defaults and then I'm content.

I still havent made the switch from the numpad ala Q1 baby!

I know your pain. I re-map WASD to VSCD (in that order). W becomes usually becomes reload from R.

I use the arrow keys for most shooters, but WASD for other games like WoW, Dragon Age, Mass Effect.. is that weird?

This is NOT the default bindings.

These are my current bindings: (Yes, this is how I play all PC shooters)

Forward: Left Mouse
Reverse: Right Mouse
Fire: F
Alt Fire: A
Strafe Left: S
Strafe Right: D
Reload: B
Use: G
Skill 1: W
Skill 2: E
Skill 3: R
Skill Purchase: T
Juice: L CTRL


Still playing around with Skill Purchase and Juice... they don't feel quite right to me yet.

Yep, you could call that slightly unusual. You could even make that a challenge. Scramble the default settings randomly and play Blitz for a special protag.

i believe this protag should be called "Chuck Norris" purely because my head would explode..

I gazed one look upon those controll setings and tried to imagine it using it myself. My head just exploded... I really can't understand how you play it that way, no offense of course. Its just.. isn't there for me... :?

You have to make a video of you playing with those controllers, a camera showing everyone!
