Since grim's thread was locked down because of a few queens, I thought I'd give it a shot. Although I am not in Chowder, I am a long time player and in good with a close knit group of people who happen to be in Chowder, so I will answer what I can regarding the state of the game. Any questions involving planned future content or non-disclosed information will be ignored as I will be unable to answer it because the thread would be locked/deleted.

With that being said, shoot me any legitimate questions/issues and I'll do my best to address.

What lead you to switch from Beth to Cheston as your main pro?

What is your level in league of legends?

Beth becomes less useful in higher level play compared to Assault (who is probably the only pro I'd consider a mandatory pick for a competitive match/scrim). Cheston has one of the best kits available right now. His mobility lets him easily switch lanes to clean up bots (at a slower rate than Beth admittedly) and the utility he brings to teamfights far outshines Beth. Not to mention a juiced Cheston is probably the second scariest thing to encounter, next to a juiced Assault. His Tommy Gun is a better primary than Rocket Ma'am and the FJ having a backswing shines over the Bearing Hates, not to mention Enforcer's grapples don't reposition the target.

Yes, many of the Chowder members are constantly giving uber feedback on a better experience to help keep player retention. Granted the few times I've been in mumble with Scathis we were playing games that were not SMNC, they were still discussing with Scathis features from other games and what they liked/disliked in comparison to SMNC and what could be improved. bighappy is probably one of the most optimistic people about SMNC in this regard.

What makes a player truly 'good'? I've heard different answers, but I'm curious to your take on it.

A solid 9. For comparison, games I consider a 10 are TFC, QWTF, CS 1.5, just a few examples.

Map awareness and gamesense are my two biggest thoughts on being good. You can have the best pushing powers and the best PvP skills, but being unaware of your surroundings (not speaking just of Vet klaws and Commandos) and everyone's positioning is probably the biggest factor on why people die, lose, and rage. This is the main reason why I feel Assault is the mandatory pick because of how easily he can reposition himself and force you out of yours.

The new jungle changes may help him a little. His CC cooldown is relatively high and he is similar to Darius and other top lanes in being easily kited. He also just doesn't fit most team comps.

What is the difference between cs 1.5 and 1.6?
