Unlike so many other unimportant topics which are outright locked for a subjective "non-issue".

Another note with regards to locking things that have been discussed before and saying "read those" - there are new people now, and thus new opinions.

They don't get locked cuz they are non-issues. They get locked either because they present nothing new to the table or because they degenerate into mindless babble or flaming.
