When I checked my e-mail I noticed that I had only been billed $50 which is a problem because I signed up for the $90 option and wanted to be included in the alpha. So I am hoping it is still possible to fix this because I would really like to be in the alpha. Obviously, this isn't exactly the right place to ask this question because sorting this is likely to involve the exchange of some private information, but hopefully someone can point me to the right place to be asking this question. Thanks.
and of course double checking my e-mail I learn that the "fulfillment" page isn't up and running yet. *sigh*
Other projects took far longer to set up such fullfillment-sites (or rather simple questions). Lets just wait for it
Hopefully there's some method aside from Paypal on the fulfillment site for resolving such issues, that site started insisting on way too much personal information for my liking.
Then, Child of Internet, participating in a Kickstarter project is .. not terribly smart. It entails lots of waiting. Lots and lots of waiting compared to a slow ping-time.
I was kidding, at least partially. Yes, it's going to be rough waiting that long. But some things . . . are worth the wait. I am hoping this can get sorted though. It would be nice to be in the alpha for this.
You really should email the support instead, though they pretty much removed the help section so I can't obtain it.
On Sep. 28, 2012, the day they updated the kickstarter on the progress of the finalization, they stated that they would be aiming for next week to send out the fulfillment emails, However they did not specify what day and most importantly; they said they were aiming for getting them out by next week. Meaning that the emails might not arrive "On time"
