I don't know if it'd mesh too well with the art style as provided, also considering the geometry is different for the both of them. I would still certainly love to be able to have a jackbot skin for a commander, as a MNC legacy thing - and a way to tell other players in games that we also play (or have played) (S)MNC!
Having Team skins not just colors would be nice like the Camouflage vs the polka dot team instead of Red vs Blue. Could this also be used for color blind teams?
A recent Kickstarter update for the project reveals that alpha testers will get an exclusive skin that has the letter 'A' prominently featured in the paintjob, so I imagine that's not out of the realm of possibility. That said, bumping this up for other opinions on the idea. MNC legacy!
Stripes vs dots for visually impaired players is a great idea. As to the Op...Uber might have a stretch goal of SMNC bot skins for the entire army...
