TotalBiscuit is doing video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well you do have a point, he is possibly the most popular, most casted, gold player in starcraft 2. But this is no doubt because of the reputation he has already built from his other web casting projects.

out of idle curiosity I did a search of his website and dug around a bit in his SC2 list. His last update was actually only a week ago or so. The one before that however, was about three weeks before that, and the one before that was over two months earlier.

Yes, that's right. In the span of three entire months, Totalbiscuit had done a grand total of three updates.

Meanwhile he posts a new "WTF is . . . ?" video pretty much every single day.

Like I said: I only know him because of his SC2 casts.
But I also have stopped watching SC2 casts since quite a while.
so my information is outdated and biased anyway

Heh, well clearly I do love Totalbiscuit as a caster. I was just a bit annoyed that you saw him as only a SC2 caster when he does so much more.

He is the only place I go to anymore when I want to know about new games. I don't read or even watch game reviews anywhere else. There's no point. He tells me everything I want to know about new games and perhaps even more importantly he is not afraid to say bad things about a game.

And of course he's always good for a laugh. Peace m8.

We had a good time chatting him up today. Mostly it's me rambling about the game off the top of my head. He's obviously a fan of the genre based on his questions and the convo we had before/after.

Were there any music questions?

From what I've seen of Totalbiscuit in his videos and commentary I would say he is not just a game reviewer.

He's a gamer.

Here is an admittedly incomplete list of a few games that he has admitted in his videos to owning and playing in his free time: World of Warcraft (retired in Cata), League of Legends, Planetside, Masters of Orion 2, XCOM, Orcs Must Die 1 & 2, Deus Ex (all of them), Blacklight Retribution, and Starcraft 2.

As for the RTS genre, I admit this may be one of the weaker genres for his personal taste. He kind of falls into the category of a mere mortal at such games. So while he does buy some and enjoy them, He's not a huge fan or anything.

But that really doesn't matter in the end. He is a gamer, he loves games. If your game is good, he'll be sure to spread the word.

On the other hand, if you get it wrong, he's not afraid to tell you off about it. He is not some editor for a big name magazine with stockholders and managers breathing down his neck encouraging him to moderate his viewpoint. He is free to say what he really feels about you game, and he will.

I'm glad to hear TB makes a WTF is PA. We get more info and you get more attention. You could maybe reveal another stretch goal when the video goes live. I don't know how much time it will take for TB to edit the video but you are already close to the goal and his viewers might want to know whats coming next. It looks like PA will reach the first stretch goal with ease and most likely the 2nd one as well. Might be a good time to dangle a new carrot in front of us.

I hope Jim Sterling posts about this. he seems to be doing very well on The Escapist and is big on Destructoid.

He does like to be be a douche at times , luckily Uber is not EA or Activision, so we should be safe for the most part.

He does tend to rip into things but I think it is great since he can does a good job of elaborating on his points. Its also kind of an act for him along the lines of Stephen Colbert, also Jonathan Holmes...

Watching the interview now, hopefully the views pick up and it pushes it towards the first stretch goal.

The video actually referred me here it also seems like some stretchgoals will be reached because of the vid!

Surely this video brought some more money to the wallet!!
