Burger King is giving away a Kinect Bundle every 15 minutes until November 28.(https://bkkinect.bk.com/) You get codes from the bottom of their cups, BUT, no purchase is necessary to play (otherwise it's gambling - which is illegal in most areas of the country). I clicked the "dont have a code" button and they emailed me 6 codes (the daily entry limit) Upon entering my 5th code, I got the "YOU HAVE WON!" message. Filled out my mailing address, and now i wait 3-4 weeks until I receive a 4gb Xbox 360S, a Kinect, Kinect Adventures, and Kinect Sports. I love Burger King!
I hope other people are entering, man ... theyre giving one away every 15 minutes until November 28! Thats like 2,688 of 'em!!
Awesome Smitty! Maybe this Kinect Adventures Helicopter Prop for your Avatar will be yours: GVHJH-WH7XT-F6TMY-9VHRQ-MXM2T
The 4GB Hard Drive makes this not worth it to me, I would have to spend $200 on one of the new 250GB Hard Drives if I wanted to download stuff. Also I can't use Kinect, I would have to prop my TV up on a few boxes to get the right height and move all the furniture out to maybe get the right range. I have other complaints about Kinect but I guess I should leave the Xbox bashing on the Xbox.com forums.
First of all, the hard drive is $130 retail. Second, you're bitching about whats being given away in a free to enter contest.
Whoa man, I wasn't "Bitching" I was just saying if I entered the contest it would be an inconvenience on my life. Just means more for you guys. And the Australian dollar is like at the top now so yeah probably will be cheaper than what the old Hard Drives cost if I bought it online.
I dont know if I will be using a Kinect until my wife and I move -- we're house shopping now, so it shouldnt be long. I'm more excited about the new Xbox 360S -- with wifi, I can put it in my bedroom so the wife can watch Netflix in there. (and leave me the f*ck alone)
do i put all the codes in at once or wait every 15 mins i been putting them all in at once need to know if that is why im having no luck?
Got my bundle yesterday via UPS. I really like the Kinect, but I'm glad I didnt shell out the mula for it. Not going to entice the "hardcore" group. I cant deny the tech though, what a brilliant piece of equipment.
The wireless does not pull up an N connection in many cases. After doing research, I found that by switching from WEP to WPA2 it now connects at N every time. Enjoy it man!!
