Review of some top 500 players I've seen

I was playing in a party and we were all in chat so it wasn't any of us that was trash talking you. Maybe we had a random on our team that was a douche.

Flak 3 and a few rifle shots and any turret is history

hard to get flak three when your the only one buying the annihiliator and youve upgraded to passive three and trap two and grapple two which im asumeing peachy did. or he was buyin himself some juice. sip sip

Nah, he was most definitely at Flak 3. He kept displacing me with it.

Speaking of that, but not really that.

PeachyPony, you killed me a couple times with explosive shot when there was nothing around to proc it. That really got me thinking and I might have figured out what you were doing.

Were you throwing your flak and then shooting the flak to proc the explosive shot?

If so, that is genius and I will need to try that out.
If not, how were you killing me with the explosive proc when there was nothing near me?

The only person that i've played with and have seen around here was PohTayToez and he completely pooped on me.

Unless it's currently being healed. A rokkit or shaveice that are constantly being healed will not die to to a flak 3 + juiced up sniper rounds. You'll get it to around 25% health before your juice runs out and your sniping stops hurting it faster than it's getting healed.

Juiced SMG is much more effective, but I don't know if even that can take down a fully overhealed turret.

Once you upgrade to passive 3, all sniper kills other than headshots show the explosive round icon. He was probably hitting you directly.

That makes sense. I rarely get killed by other snipers and don't pay attention to the kill tracker when I am killing other pros so I never noticed that.

i think i wouldn't have been pooped on as bad if the team i was on would have helped push out of our base instead of just sitting there, waiting for you to shoot them in the face.

flak 3 and wasting juice on a rocket turret is a waste of time and juice. if the enemy keeps rebuilding rockets and laser turrets then you actually need help from your teammates. the only turret flak is good against is long shot turrets. i'm not the type of person to sit underneath my spawn either shooting at a overhealed rocket turret for 2 minutes across the map.

I haven't played sniper for a while and maybe I'm coming up against bad supports, but I normally throw a flak right on top of the turret, defending supports have to move out of healing range or die from the flak, and I could swear I can then shoot down the turret - unjuiced, gold RoF - before the flak finishes.

Depends on the turret and the supports reaction time but flak is not large enough to cover all of the range a support can heal from if they will be smart and move. And have you done this since the update and thus increased healing rof? its much easier to keep a turret up as a support these days.

Full team of assassins, all going for melee kills....nuf said.

Assaults......biggest mistake ever. Gunners.....i'm speechless.

Flak 3, as wonderful as it is, doesn't quite have the long range of the hurt/heal gun. A smart support will just move out of range of the flak and continue to heal the turret (and the proceed to come after you with all that juice you just gave him). Although, one of my favorite tactics is to place my flak 3 so the damage overlaps two turrets and they have to pick one to save.

It's possible that I might have been the douche. I played a few games with PeachyPony that night, I didn't notice you but you might have been there at the same time. After one game, when I noticed two people on my team went something like 0-17 and 0-15 I kind of went off on them.

Don't forget the Sniper team

I personally enjoyed watching 6 Assassins jumping and kicking everyone in their base. That was beyond hysterical.

I still loved that i topped our team in that lief, 5 melees that match
