I'm mostly a PC player but branch out every now and then to some titles on the 360 and I have to say MNC has not disappointed me. Overall the community here is pretty darn good (unlike some games *cough CoD) and is such a well balanced game. Hope MNC continues to dazzle the fans with it's upcoming DLCs.

im a console gamer,and my view on that is consoles were made to game on, and teh interwebz was made to do interwebbingz stuff.thats all i got to say about that.
also ill play just about any type of game (suck at RTS's but love them regardless) and love all the classes execpt snipers,who are nothing but cowards who, as tank as my main, have nothing better to do that shoot my large head.

Hello there, My names Jesse (no i'm not a girl). I'm a bit of an aspiring game designer and regular game player. I also read books learning guitar, and i sometimes watch old 90's cartoons and crime drama's and comedies of course.

On the gaming side i enjoy MNC, Cod4, Battlefield series, Any flight game, and the occasional racing game. And if available tank and plane sims. Also my Gamertag Zipang01 i enjoy good gameplay and non MLG perfectionist's who no scope their rifle and fire a pistol 20 miles away.

My main in MNC?

Usually depends on what members of the team are, i'm really versatile, Mostly assault or assassin.

I've just reached level 99, and I've found some people that expressed surprise I am not on this board. Well, I suppose this is as good a place as any to show myself.
I operate a gaming blog on a somewhat irregular basis (generally once a week, but never sure when I will post) called the Masked Carnie, in which I have been posting my varying feelings about this game and many others. Suffice it to say that I've settled on my place being a Gunner, with some secondary skill as a Support and Sniper. I run with gold accuracy, silver armor, and bronze clip size. Unlike many Gunners you may encounter, I don't necessarily get into a head-on conflict unless I have to. I thrive on stealth and surprise. It's ironic that I can't use Assassin effectively in such an instance. As Chris Rock said in Dogma, "if your enemy knows where you are, then don't be there."
I follow the teachings of David Sirlin's book Playing to Win, Becoming the Champion. It's a fine read for anyone who does competitive gaming such as this. It takes Sun Tzu's Art of War and applies it to gaming. You'd be surprised just how many military principles apply to any game at all. It baffles me how anyone could consider such things to be controversial.
I do enjoy the game significantly, but find many flaws with it. My most recent blog post discusses most of it (pardon the shameless plug), but my biggest issue is in the immense difficulty of recovering from a disadvantageous position. Don't get me wrong, I understand that it's only proper to have positive feedback in here. I simply don't like it when a game is practically over before the official declaration. The ability for a team to concede the game would be more preferable to me than simply having "ragequits" occur, especially when they completely stop the game. I won't go into detail on the balance tweaks I would make (some subtle, at least one radical), considering I doubt it would make any difference.
As one can see from my interests, I don't really have a definitive genre I prefer beyond competition. I'm very picky, but I can think of two things that probably work best as my priorities: balance and presentation. I can forgive the lack of one if there is a surplus of the other. For MNC, I feel it's a lack of balance with a surplus of presentation. Chaos in the Old World (a complicated board game, but worth checking out) is far beyond what I would deem favorable presentation, but one of the best examples of game balance I have ever seen.
I've been writing and rewriting this post for at least an hour, so I'm obviously on a rant. I don't consider myself an expert, but good enough to put up a fight. Look me up if you need a versatile and slightly suicidal Gunner (I don't mind a death if it means I can accomplish a tremendous amount of damage). I am Organous on XBL just as I am here and most anywhere else. I also have a local friend who specializes as a sniper and is very communicative.

I am a monster as a Support, and my Gunner runs a close 2nd. Fairly efficient with most other classes, and will run them if we need one or if we are going for the lulz. Except the Assault. I am a terrible Assault.
