Should i even bother trying to upgrade this

A 250W power supply. That should be illegal. Insane. I've been building my own computers for about 10 years, and I don't think I've ever put that small of a power supply in one.

Well, 250W PSU for integrated is not that bad. As long as it is actually capable of delivering 250W or at least 90% of it. A good 250W PSU is much better than a cheap $20 500W PSU that would probably blow fire and smoke at 200W.
