I just bought an iPod and right now, I have to provide Payment information. I don't have a credit card and I'd like to set it to the option where I just pay with redeeming codes.

It doesn't seem to give me that option. Help?

I'm aware of the redeem code bar above. I really don't want to go out and buy an itunes card just to use my ipod.

What type of iPod is it?

You shouldn't have to enter any payment information just to add songs already in your library.

Go buy a better PC so you can get a Super iPod. It's free to play and gets constant updates - unlike your outdated, overpriced, unsupported, dead iPod Classic.

You don't -need- to register your iPod. I think it's trying to get you to make an iTunes account to register it with, which does require a card. Just skip registering and you should be able to add content to the device without paying anything.

You will need a card linked to an iTunes account, even if you're planning to make purchases with prepaid cards only.
