just popping in to say i love how 50% of the time when trying to connect to a game it says lost connection or some bull like that and brings you to a screen with a mnc shield and no way to navigate away from it. also I love how terrible the lag can get, you have an awesome host selection system in place.
The Shield Dashboard glitch happens like maybe once every 75-100 games for me. The lag is just poor host selection which occurs in every P2P based shooter i've ever played on a console, including all of the the CoD games. We might encounter 3-4 bad hosts a day and simply just back out when we do. Its really only bad when you pull 3-4 bad hosts in a row. I can't remember the last time that happened. Maybe 3 weeks ago or so. All in all, the connection is pretty good IMO.
well a lot of hosts drop when i'm connecting to them then. and i've never experienced lag like this in cod or bfbc or any other game. don't get me wrong, i love this game, but there are some serious issues.
Those games have the benefit of having so many more players that the likelihood of you connecting to a good host is much, much higher.
Were closing in on 2 months full of crap loads of fun for $15 with free DLC coming. Thinking this is the biggest 'bang for your buck' game this year so far.
I am having loads of fun and still playing the game everyday for at least 4 hours. "Beggars can't be choosers."
I agree wholeheartedly, totally got more than what I paid for. But it is running its course without those patches and dlc in microsofts hands.
But I'm literally not a beggar in this situation as I have bought the game, and if they would ever come out with the t-shirts and merch they keeps promising, I would buy that too. I am and would gladly continue to fiscally support the company if they would have opportunities to do it. So beggars can't be choosers doesn't apply here.
I'll have to agree a little bit. All this anticipation for the patch makes me notice the flaws more and feel like the way I'm playing will be outdated after the patch. I want the patch to come so I can adapt to it.
