Maybe there are people who play on multiple platforms?

I don't approve of games being put on different platforms after they've been out, i was sad when Bioshock went to ps3. This is an XBLA game, and should stay as such, The point is, if you don't have an xbox, but want to play halo, mass effect, GOW, and MNC, and they put it on the computer, why buy an xbox? Uber can do what they want, but it's nice seeing Microsoft getting another amazing game under it's own belt

Also, steam has a Class based shooter already, do they need another?

Completely disagree. I'd like to see every game available on every platform. Also, I don't want to get into a console vs. PC discussion, but there are definitely benefits to using a device dedicated to gaming rather than using a computer, and there is a reason that computer gaming has decreased greatly in the last few years.

You mean the same class based shooter that was also already available on XBox?

Nope, i mean the class based shooter that was released years and years ago (i have a copy of TF1 at home)

And i wasn't making a pc vs console war, my point is if every console has the same games, it's pointless, what if they put Other M on ps3? nintendo doesn't own metroid, so it's very possible

Putting a game on other platforms/consoles, pointless? How about Uber's revenue stream? Gamers often forget that companies are in the business to make money. The more money Uber makes, the better off for the game because it will have a long life and hopefully be actively maintained and improved.

I never begrudge a company's desire to expand their market. I was happy to hear ME2 was going to be on PS3. A bigger audience + more money = a more sustainable franchise. I WANT to see more ME after ME3, and hopefully that will happen with a larger, non-exclusive audience. Same goes for MNC. I want more of great games.

Agreed. I don't care about games being exclusive, I care about playing awesome games. More money = more awesomeness (usually).

    Ha, right.

Again, not looking for an argument, but the rights to Metroid are owned by Nintendo. I believe Other M is the first example of Nintendo outsourcing development of a Metroid game, however they still own the franchise and get the final say in creation of the game.

And pointless? Sure, if every game was available on every console, then yes it would be pointless to spend hundreds of dollars on multiple gaming systems. Why exactly would that be a problem?

I don't think having a choice of platform is a bad thing. Some people will only play on PC if they had a choice of PC vs console or vice versa.

Please try to incorporate XBOX 360 controller option into gameplay. I'm no good with a mouse and keyboard. Probably won't purchase again for the PC if it lacks the option. :|

Wow, just wow. Were you really "sad" that BS went to PS3? Did it ruin your day?

I personally wouldn't care either way. I already have MNC, as do lots of my friends. But, I will say, MNC is more than worthy to crossover to any platform imo. Great game and I'd have no problems see Uber spread MNC fever everywhere. :)
