Leaderboard cleanup

Very good point a team is recommended to get a good win ratio. I have played with Patch before & totally PWNED him. I will admit Im not fantastic at the game but it is fun. I will say I am better than DbowiLL. Though I dont look at the game of skill I look at it as fun. I will also say Patch does not have legit wins but that is not my choice or anything to point out. I will admit a few of mine are private matches playing with a party of my friends. Not knowing at the time I did it. So I will apologize for that.

This is a very valid & true point. Cant change the past but you can fix it. Or even take away & put them where they aprox. should be. I am happy to be in top 50 but if they take away my private matches I did when I didnt know then id probably be in 150's. Or something along that. I will do whatever it takes to help Uber get their boards straight. Though I dont play for boards it'd just be cool if I could be top you know.
May I also add top players will continue to accuse eachother of this. DbowiLL made that statement very clear. But him & many others arent legit.

Please see previous comment. Before you pass judgement on anyone you should play their team. If you see someone from the leaderboards and follow them around the whole match and just try to kill them it really doesn't mean anything. If you got away with repeatedly killing him it shows that he wasn't playing with his team. I greatly prefer playing with Patch as opposed to playing against him.

Most people play with 3-4 other team members. There's really no need to farm private matches.You can win games fast enough by playing actual games. A team vs a random grp will win 95% of the time within 3 minutes. If the opposing team is disorganized that time goes down by a minute or more. Are you telling me you and some friends sat in a private room to win the game even faster? That's just sad. Who cares what you did or who you beat if you resort to padding wins with a team in a private game. I do applaud you for coming clean. Most people will deny over and over again that they have ever done something wrong.

Dbowill looks like a booster and plays like a booster; so does his team.

Not everyone in his group is not legit from what I know.
I do not boost wins. We played & went our hardest. Always went into overtime.
We were practicing & making strategies. I am not a booster. I was not aware of getting money or anything that would effect the boards. I am sorry, if Uber does not like it they should fix it. Also if they dont like it I am willing to lose ranks to get it back up to where I am now.

I will say I was not only going after him. But I was stating in the couple matches I played with him he didnt do good. That is all. I bet he is a good player. As I said before people have bad/off days. Or even using a class they never use.

Alright... are there any plans to deal with boosters, Ekanaut? Will private matches with less than 6 people not count for crossfire in the future?

Call me an idiot, but how do you even start Private Matches. I play with a friend on splitscreen occassionaly and i would like to play him vs me, so he can try out different classes on crossfire, and i can give him tips on certain good locations on the maps to be without getting shot at.

Go to crossfire & press the X button then it will go to private. You can use splitscreen or invite people to that lobby if your not on same system.

Scorpion is a known assassin exploiter and quitter. Plenty of honest players have said as much in his attention whore threads. I also caught Fojib boosting one morning when your stream was offline. He knows he did it, regardless of what he told you.

Don't spread lies. I can count the number of times I've left a match on one hand. I've never quit a game against you, and I'm pretty sure I've never lost to you either (if I had, you'd no doubt flaunt it on your JustinTV stream--then make yet another thread about it). Further, I remember seeing "MCShammas" on the losing team before anyone on this forum had heard of C-G.

The first and only time I played against you was this past Saturday. Your gamertag sticks out like a mutilated thumb. You lost the first match, then quit while getting your butt kicked during the second. I already covered this on the fifth page of this thread:

I've played other classes, but I tend to gravitate toward Support because so few players defend the base. It's one of the best ways to hold off a coordinated team when playing with randoms; so I'm confused what hole you plucked "murder the crap out of him" from.

Since you refuse to disclose your gamertag, I can't speak about games we might have played. Regardless, I've never claimed to be any good at MNC. Truth be told, I'm awful with thumbsticks. All I've attempted to do is point out inconsistencies in the leader boards and correct inaccurate statements made by players speaking up for their internet friends.

We were getting spawned killed cause I joined in middle of a match. Yeah lol it does stand out sorry lmao. But ya not saying you are bad or horrible. I didnt have a good match either. Hell I probably went negative in kills lol. But I did kill you alot. Like I wasnt even intending to go after you or anything just you were there when I turned a corner or something. Yes, I die...a lot. My job when playing Support is to heal teammates, hack turrets, and be a general nuisance. Caring about K/D in MNC is a sure path to defeat. You did not "PWN" me. We played at least one full game, and I killed you several times. When you started to lose during the second match, you quit.

CaLiiBuRz o (hacked his earnings; not on kills/wins board; incriminating profile; sells jtags/reports of him hacking other games)

SigMa001337 (looks to have played some legit games, but he used the leader board hack to hit ~$1.75 million on August 18th; has posted on forums with same name regarding hacks/cheats/exploits)

There are still dozens of gamertags who used the leader board hack in the first few weeks but were never deleted because their scores weren't ridiculous (>$1 billion). It should be easy to flag them by using a simple script to comb through a copy of the leader board database, create a ratio for earnings to wins/kills, then sorting for outliers and removing the obvious hackers by hand.

I suppose it's a little silly to suggest all that; it's just so rare to see a developer go out of their way to fix something like this. You hit a grand slam your first time at bat. The amount of love that went into MNC is extraordinary. What surprises me is how much you care about customers; you even apologized for Microsoft's arcane LIVE policies. I know you'd be hosting the patch on a corporate FTP if it were that simple.

We never played a full match cause I joined in game on Steel Peel & then I admit I did rage quit due to getting spawn killed. Seriously your way over your head. Go ahead & hate on me bro I careless lol.
Beat, I believe this is not the tread you should be talking about this on lol.

It's interesting seeing all these excuses and lies. UberGunner must have some magic calculator that tells who is boosting in real time, yet he has ignored all our messages about his identity on Xbox live or to play with us. To top it all off another guy starts talking smack about Dbo and killensuckaz boosting (I believe his name was patchofblue, or something), he actually finally played against my friends. Needless to say he got his support the only class he can play, completely shredded. And of course after him never even having a chance started coming out with every possible excuse in the book why he was losing the matches and started contradicting his accussations, funny thing is, as garbage as he is, there is no way he could have high rank on the leaderboards in wins and have like 10,000 kills less than any of us.

So the conclusion I have come to realized is this ; "Wow I've been boosting all day and this guy still has a million more kills and wins than I do? Geez that guy must be boosting too!" When actually Dbo spends more time owning legitimately ALL day, longer than you can run your split screen all the way to the other spawn and boost in the afternoon. This thread should not have turned to a flame war, this should stop. Seriously, I mean if were actually telling you where to find us and see for yourself, why would we lie about our ranks? Common sense anyone? But...I'm sure some one will come up with some excuse to cover their envious intentions or failures, anyway here are 3 videos of some of our matches, this happens ALL day until 6 am, we tear snatch up against anyone. So I hope before anyone runs their mouth in this forum again, better have the balls to back it up and step up on xbox live.

*Please note that we play different classes not just one, Dbo is actually good with all classes although his support needs a little bursh off.
*Note that we don't hit the money ball (yes it's on purpose) because we know were going to win as we usually do about 90% of the time, we just don't want to end the game quickly so we can have a little more fun We've had matches last a minute when we have 3 or 4 of us on the same team and we play our favorite classes.
We've had matches where Dbo leaves to eat dinner and we still win with 5 people and it's just me and Killen or etc.
So here they are, it was just me and Dbo in one of them, and Killensuckaz in the others. You can judge or criticize as you please, I could give a fuc*.

A lone support guy is generally sol when he's walking along by himself (with no firebase). You don't say the same thing about a tank, gunner, assault, etc. As for the second part I was implying that anyone playing alone against a team will get murdered. Sorry for the confusion.

I do have a magic calculator.... but I'm not sure you'd like one scarecrow. When I went to college I was taught this thing that I believe they called math. It is mystical to behold if you've never seen it. But you don't need to use any higher math to see that his numbers are fishy.

I've beaten your little booster squad before; that's the funny part. I am not exactly keeping my gamertag a secret as I've told a few people on this forum who I am. I didn't use my gamertag so that I could have some separation between the two accounts. I promise to reveal my identity if you promise to post the game featuring my team vs your team (no scabs allowed).

Lots of kills don't guarantee the win. You get ZERO credit for healing people but it really helps your team. Likewise if you steal an enemy turret you don't get money or credit for the kills but you probably didn't know that. You also don't get money when your firebase shoots at the ball. Interesting little side note for you to think about: if you don't kill anyone on the way to the enemy base then they might be unaware you're right on their doorstep. That gives you a very valuable commodity:time.

This is either a confession (if so bravo), or you've misquoted me. In looking at a certain player's earnings I noticed once that I had about 450 more wins than this player and an almost identical number of kills (not statistically different for those who like math). Said player had about $400,000 more than me in earnings. In case you missed the obvious, 450 wins = $450,000. At the time my score was inflated through something I will not reveal because I think you don't know how to do (note it's a built in part of the game) by at least $100,000. I get a lot more money than most people from kill streaks. I put forth the possibility that this guy's just better than me. I take off my wins and the X factor fund and I'm down by $550,000. Bearing in mind I already get a lot of extra money from streaks, there's just no way this guy has essentially $1,000,000 more than me from having bigger streaks and the same number of kills. And then you stop to think about split screen farming with tons of kill streaks.... and that explains it. This was the day I revealed JPmitch (sorry I don't care enough to look up your actual name) as a booster. Interestingly enough two-three nights of playing later I was a few hundred kills ahead and I was nearly his equal earnings. As he had been playing too, this proves that he doesn't make more money than me from "regulation" play.

I imagine he does play legitimately now that he's done boosting to the top. It's more of an issue what he was observed doing in the past. See the post about 2 wins weekly and $20,000 in earnings. It's not one observation it's repeated observations. Fine, you play all day long now. When you guys play you don't spike like you do when you're boosting.

I would expect nothing less than a complete denial from you. I'd sooner convince my alcoholic friend that he might have had a few too many before I convince you that DBowill ever cheated. I just find it interesting that a guy who barely knows you seems to think you guys are cheaters. It's another +1 to the suspicion tally.
