Can any class kill a gold armor with a grapple?

just curious if any character with a level 3 grapple can do this?

Yes.
Assassin back grapple on certain classes will kill.
Any class that throws has an opportunity to ring out an enemy and then it doesn't matter.

Yep, even with level 3 armor a Gunner will get killed by a full on back stab by an assassin and of course can still be headshotted by snipers. Kind of makes the level 3 armor endorsement a little bit underwhelming.

Gold Armor is best used on the Assassin and Sniper, since it gives them DOUBLE their base HP. (100 base + 100 from gold armor). They still will die to back grapples, but they can now take twice as much damage as they normally could.

A gunner has 200 base HP, and 300 with armor. He is 3x harder to kill than the unarmored lighter classes, but still vulnerable to headshots and backstabs. I'd say its underwhelming on the gunner, for this reason.

A Tank with gold armor and full passive will have 200 base hp + 100 from rank 3 passive + 100 from gold armor, giving him 400 total. According to monday night combat's wiki, a tank CAN survive a non crit headshot with proper endorsements, but I've yet to test this. He'll easily survive any grapple in the game provided he is not rung out. I'll test what normal one shot abilities the tank can survive tonight.

You mean just the Sniper and Assault right? Neither other classes grapples that I'm aware actually move the grappled player.

In my opinion if ANY class should get GOLD ARMOR it should be the assassin

Gunners have a grapple that will throw people out of the ring. You never see it because it's complete crap. No one ever spends $550 on such a worthless skill.

That is because gunner is usually a farther range shooter. You rarely ever go right next to a gunner so why should he have a grab? I think they should change it but that is just me.

Everyone always forgets about the rail gun grapple.

Assault level 3 Charge
Sniper level 2,3 Grapple
Gunner level 3 Grapple
Tank Rail Gun Grapple

What about just the base HP or something similar?

I was wondering mainly about frontal grapples with the other classes
If i was a tank with gold health or armor can a sniper level 3 kill or assault level 3
?
not talking about ring outs but just plain grapples

but with the right combinations or armor or health does grappling even effect this is what im getting at?

Tank with Silver armor and full passive can survive any grapple in the game.

I'm not sure how this differs with lesser combinations of armor or lower ranks of his passive.
