Eka, please don't misconstrue my comment as an attack. I don't attack on the internetzzz. Looking in the mirror, I say the same EXACT thing about myself just about every day.

I'm in the ERP Software business. We're an emerging company with aggressive goals and a hell of a product, but I don't presume to carry the clout or street presence of an Oracle, for example. Clearly they have been around the block a few more times than we have. I have to employ different strategy and recognize that the fastest path to my next customer is through my current customer. It's just the nature of the beast that I have to work 3 times as hard to prove myself than the big dogs in the neighborhood do, because they were once where we are today, but are now where we intend to be.

But this is also the appeal of being the start up. You get to be faster, more responsive and in touch with the customer than the behemoth can be. I feast upon the slowness of larger competitors, because while they are alienating customers, I'm creating raving fans. (Great business book by the way, "Raving Fans").

Bottom line is that I'm a fan of Uber, the work the studio has done and the way you hung in with the community up to and through launch. I've seen other devs, post launch, oddly make it difficult to remain a fan for the community they once had and don't want to see that happen here.

That last bit is out of line and borderline immature. So far, the most impressive thing about MNC has been the community and information coming from the devs. Acting like a spoiled child will not get it released any sooner.

If you are the supporter I think your claiming to be, then don't worry so much about the date. Soon should be good enough, knowing that there is one on the way and already in cert should be good enough for anyone claiming to be a fan. Now because of the whiners, the devs are considering not mentioning future fixes until they have a date. So fail. Good job whiners!

I played last night against a party of level 99 players who seemed to have little clue as to what they were doing, and somebody ragequit toward the end of the match.

For me and my party, at least every other match ends in a disconnect after the moneyball health hits 50%, and the ones that go on only go on because awful lag gives the other team the impression that doing really well. I can't tell you how many lagtastic matches I've played where it's obvious that some run-headfirst-into-danger level 60 Assault is hosting, because he ends up with 45 free kills and no deaths at the end of the round, and the rest of his team has less than 3 kills apiece because of people leaving the match due to lag and new people entering. The worst part is that I can no longer play with a party. I get split from even a SINGLE party member even when the lobby is not full. I tried to play 15 matches last night, and of the ones we decided to actually stay in, not once would the game last long enough (ragequits) to cycle the teams around and put me back with my party. It seems to have gotten worse over the last couple of weeks, too, and now that half of my friends are playing Reach, it's looking unlikely that I'll continue playing for much longer. We'll see how the patch fixes things, but man, this is the first multiplayer shooter-type game that I've liked since UT years ago, so every time I get on and the problems are worse...

What you call "out of line" I consider the honest truth. I feel that anyone that thinks otherwise is only fooling themselves. It is the same truth that I face every day in my working life. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it any less true.

You'll arguably find no greater supporter of Uber and MNC than I am. I literally have the poster on the wall to show for it.
