Size them down yourself. If you don't have an image manipulation program then websites like Photobucket and/or Imageshack can do to but are limited.

http://gamer-pics.com/ Good quality pics! You may use like google to find a pic then resize it with like Microsoft Paint on your computer. ETC. But I recommend a pic you dont have to resize cause sometimes when you save it the quality goes a little worse. So yeah if you are a xbox fan or anything they have cool avatar pics there. This is where I got mine which I use on Xbox
Alright, kids! It's time for a fun tutorial from the dark, mysterious land of MS PAINT! If you use a Mac, too bad. Step 1) Find an image! - Alright, for the purposes of this tutorial, I am going to simply go to Google and image search 'Monday Night Combat'. Here's one of the results: I'm a fan of bacon, and I eat it all the time. So I'm going to make a sweet bacon avatar. Alright! Step 2) Crop your image! - Right click the image, and click 'Copy Image' then open up your Paint program, and press paste! There should be a button, but if not Ctrl + V or right-clicking again should get the job done. You should have the rectangular selection tool out. Just drag it from one corner of the part of the image you want to crop, to the opposite! Since this particularly avatar is 90x90, you want to make the area square. Feel free to crop further and adjust appropriately after the initial selection. You should end up with an image that looks something like this: Step 3) Resize! - Now, I know what you're thinking. "But Wallace! That image is too big! How am I ever going to use it?" Well, let me tell you. You see that button that says resize in your toolbar? Click it! A box will appear. Press the option that says pixels, and type 90 into both length and width. Press OK! And that's all! Save your image and you're done. I personally like to put a simple black outline around my images, but we'll save that tutorial for another time. I also flipped the image horizontally, so it would be better suited for use in these forums. Here's the final result: You're all free to use it, of course, though I'd certainly encourage trying to make your own! If there's any questions, or you need clarification, feel free to ask. I'm going to eat some bacon.
