    I gotta admit, I love the tank. I just like playing him but right now, hes like a gunner but worse in almost every way. You do less damage and your skills are less useful, the only thing you have over them is you dont get 1 hit by assasains, but any smart assasain just grapples you infront of a bot/turret/enemy and your dead regardless. What do people think needs changing about him? These are my thoughts.

    1) Make people back peddle slower. You somehow get close to someone and its just bunny hop bunny hop bunny hop whilst back peddling and their out of range.

    2) Change tank 3 to give us something more than just extra health. Assault gets crits, gunner gets dual minigun, assasain gets sword and tank gets... well, health.

    3) The product grenade at l3 is a bit of a shot in the foot. You fire it at a guy and all of a sudden you cant chase him without taking huge damage from your own bomblets or worse you blind yourself.

    4) Charge is totally fine, other than when a l3 tank charge meets and l3 assault charge they should cancell out, currently the assault wins every time with the grapple whilst taking no damage.

    5) Deploy, change this to something please. A small shield (that runs out of hp over time aswell as damage) you can activate in exchange for movement speed or something. If your not going to change it. Give it a face mask and let you aim whilst deploying.

    Theres also something else here. Why can a sniper instakill the tank yet the assasain cant. Seems a bit arbitary to me?

    I kinda think you are wrong in nearly every sense, the Tank is really really good. Perhaps in the hands of a novice the Gunner is better but the Gunner has limits.

    1. Get the Speed Endorsement (RoF,Armor, Speed is what I like) or don't run at peoples face, or use your B to get close. Also be sure to use DB when they start to leave your range for a Burst damage.

    2. Meh? Assualt gets more Crits, Assassin sword is meh, Support just gets more HP too. I didn't run any stats but there seems to be a big diff from 2-3.

    3. Turrets/Bots also you do have a Railgun switch and use it rather then chasing.

    4. I agree I guess, but Tanks has a AoE while Assault can only hit 1 person. So he does have some advantage.

    5. I agree Deploy is meh, for both Gunner and Tank. It is worst for Tank though he does need the Facemask. However it does have its uses. For example if you are taking damage run around a corner and deploy Heal up real quick, and if they try and jump you. You got HP and some Range. It takes some getting use to. As for level 3 it destroys the Money ball especially Juiced. I won a few OT games Juicing and just sitting deploy. Or if you want to get real Tricky, it is actually super useful at 3 for a quick heal and reload, but that takes practice and discipline.

    As for the last thing, ALL instakills need to be remove, Assault Bombs, Support Airstrikes, and snipers headshots.

    The problem with the charge is its slow and involves you not being able to shoot. Charge at a gunner? Your dead, charge at an assault? He charges back and wins, charge a support? Your stuck, charge a sniper? Your frozen+insta killed. I run Rof, armour and other. Iv been experimenting, speed really doesnt seem to make any difference at all. Not noticeably anyway. Snipers do just infuriate me, if you get near them they just have to bunny hop whilst backpeddling and they can usually get away.

    The other thing I find is that for some reason occasionally you just get an assault and gunner who cut through you instantly. As in, they start shooting then your like 'hey, wtf happened to all my armour'. A RoF buff would be nice, or at least make burning do more damage.

    The tank does need some love at least, hes the hardest class to do well with (for me) and yet hes also my most played. Why would most people bother learning the tank when all it takes is to hop on a support or sniper and do just aswell for half the effort.

    As for the charge, its just... dodgy. Your looking at a guy straight off a cliff, charge forewards. Hit him square on, yet you go flying off the cliff and he goes left somewhere? What the hell. As for the mine, its adds need to not do damage to you.

    As for the deploy. Id way rather upgrade a load of turrets than waste 550 on it. Its extremely situational and not that helpful. Especially when compared to the gunner deploy

    look ive been using nothing but tank since the game came out and i still think its perfect. deploy rocks for a super fast health regen , grenades are the best for clearing out enemy bots and charge helps the tank not only attack but evade. learn how to use the tank or find another class.

    with all these cries from people wanting a class nerfed im happy to know the tank is truly balanced out and not a noob class , stop trying to make it one.

    The Tank is another heavy class, but he is more of a heavy tactical unit. Gunners are your typical "Rambo" unit, slow, big gun, high armor and health.
    The Tank is similar but CANNOT be used in the sense of just running and shooting, he in fact is much more deadly but ONLY if used right.
    Give your tank "Reload Speed" as his gold endorsement, you can wipe out a Jackbot in 2 seconds with the Death Blossom. He can completly disable a group of players with a well placed Product Grenade. He in fact is perfect, I would say nerf him as I get killed by him alot lol, but no he is actually perfectly balanced. The level 3 tank health bonus is like getting a extra Silver Endorsement for health. Apply "Gold Reload" "Silver Armor" "Bronze Speed or Skill" and you got a deadly combo with the Tank especially when at level 3.

    its all down to how you use the tank due to his higher learning curve you have many was to play as tank and each way needs a different set of endorsements.

    Yeah the Tank can be used many different ways. He can be used as a defensive unit (Sniping), Offensive and also mid-map controller (as he can destroy a whole cluster of bots with a single attack). "Blind" playing doesn't work with him.
    I used my Endorsements due to my playing style (mid-map controlling) and I needed a good Blitz mode class.

    Please don't start the "takes more skill" schpeel, the Gunner can outdamage the Tank in even at close range, has just as much mobility if not more (gunner has faster run speed), and their stomb is just as devistating as Charge. The only thing the Tank can do better than the Gunner is destroy bots faster.

    Tank needs a buff, until then I'll be playing the Gunner and Assault for more *** kicking with less effort.

    I think there is a lot more to the Tank then people give him credit for but I do admit that he has crazy flaws. The gunner can take his spot in most situations. I just hate to see that the Tank won't kill as fast as the gunner at close range.

    I do like the Tanks great mobility though. And he has a pretty safe charge to get out of many situations. Death blossom could be a bit more useful.

    Rather than using your Jet Gun, try using the Rail Gun a lot more. While difficult to use on skinny classes like the Assault and Assassin, it eats up Gunners, Supports and bad Snipers. I rarely use my Product Grenade at close range - I use it to clear up bots, halt the Jackbot in his tracks and to damage turrets. I only use the Jet Gun if I get the drop on someone, or to take out distracted turrets. The Tank is best at scaring off enemy Pros, getting rid of bots and moving in once enemy turrets are down.

    The railgun is, pretty easy to escape though. It takes 3 hits (or 2 if you fire a bomb as you start shooting) to kill a sniper, 6 on a gunner. Its not hard to just hide behind a bullet proof shield and regen your health.

    Gunner is better than a tank in every single way other than that they can get 1 hit backstabbed, only. Why would that ever happen. Instant you hear a cloak slam and the assasains screwed

    You're going to tell me that a SLOW class that requires you to be at point blank range for questionable damage is more effective than a fast class that does more damage at range? I'm wondering if you've EVER played anything else other than the Tank, he is outdamged and outmanuvered by almost every other class, go play a Gunner or Assault and then tell me they're just as effective as a Tank for anything other than bot killing.
