Rate of fire, health and skill recharge are all great for an assassin, you should get health as gold or silver though to survive assassin front grapples. If you want you can use speed for bronze too.

Health is an absolute must for assassin! Without it you die to a simple unleveled assault charge!

For assault I think I use gold RoF, silver accuracy, and bronze clip size. It's been a while since using assault for me.

For crossfire i mainly use: Assassin
    Gold:Armor
    Silver: RoF
    Bronze:Skill

But if i feel like counter "sniping" with assassin i use:
    Gold: Accuracy
    Silver: RoF
    Bronzer: Clip.
i should probably swap RoF and Accuracy though lol

For Blitz with assassin i use:
    Gold: Rof
    Silver: Armor
Bronze: skill (Smoke bomb is great on blitz when your almost dead xD)

I am not an Assassin player, so I couldn't really help you there but my primary class is the Assault. There is a great thread dedicated to Assault builds.

You might want to browse this whole section for Assassin builds, although some are rather sarcastic.

    I fluctuate between 2-3 builds

    ALWAYS Gold Armor.
    Silver: Rate of Fire, Speed
Bronze: Accuracy, Speed, Juice, Rate of Fire

Yes, I know some can't be stacked but I alternate between speed and rate of fire, so obviously my bronzes would change as well.

I've found myself playing assassin less and less mainly because truthfully all I used the assassin for was pvp, I'd still be top 3 in points, but I wasn't help as much as I should. Now I use it just to kill random campers/pros that are merc-ing. 2-3 builds for something I use rarely is excessive, and I don't disagree.

I don't have an assault build, because frankly I'm terrible with it.
