Just thinking off the top of my head (and I am not sure if this is a good or bad idea) but how about being able to buy a defensive Bot, which patrols your Moneyball?

The idea being this is a Jackbot, but it patrols your Moneyball, and costs a whopping $5000. This is a heck of a lot of dollar, but this Bot would be extremely helpful in defending, and the idea is that every Pro can go to the spawn button, and with each "press" donates $250 towards the $5000, so basically you can slowly work as a team to gain this massive bonus!

The Jackbot may be too strong so a new "inbetween" bot could be devised insted, and the value could be changed too.

i like the idea of a defensive bot although i never could work out a sure fire way to work it out as a 1 assassin could destroy and waste your 5000 dollars in an instant. i was thinking first to make it alot cheaper. maybe 1000, and not make it as strong as a jackbot, but about a bouncer idea. it could be as fast as a bouncer, strong as a bouncer but have a gun instead of only grappling pro's. it could essentially be a very strong black jack who walks around your base in a set path, and your team could have 3 at a time. i like the idea of money per player to put into it, but i feel as if alot of players on xbox live think this game is a team deathmatch, as i almost never see bots being bought, or turrets being built. i only see those about 25% of the time i play, but its still a good idea as long as were not the only people shuffling money into it.

Ideas like this may promote the teamwork ethic a little more - I keep trying to think of ideas to improve this area

Jackbots aren't that tough, especially if you wouldn't have to worry about stopping him before he starts knocking out your turrets. If you get close enough he just keeps trying to use the slam attack, and it's easy to jump over.
