I was curious if it would be possible to sort some of the Strategy forum into class-specific sections so that it would become easier to find what you were looking for as it pertained to specific classes. Obviously general strategies would need their own section and "cross-class" strategies with that.

I dunno, something to think about.

Hmm yeah i agree, the forum is very active and it's sometimes hard to find exactly what you are looking for.

A class section would definetly help, but not sure how populair it would be.

I actually quite easy to find it already using the search function.

First type the class you are looking for then narrow it down to only the "Monday Night Combat Strategy and Tactics" section of the forums. Although you can't be too vague.

This is a good idea. I seriously cannot keep up with these forums. Give me admin uber, I'll organize the forums to hell and back! =D

We have used various forum software before over at console-gamer.co.uk (and various incarnations before that, our current software is vBulletin v4.0) and one feature that was popular is the option to see all threads youve posted in, making it much easier to see if someone has replied to something youve talked in. With soooo many duplicates of threads, similar titles etc i often forget exactly where ive posted and this feature would be nice.

Any help needed admin side just holla (my job is boring :) )

You might wanna make 2 sections for the Assassin, one for all the complaining, and one for the strategy. The other classes can do with just one.

There you go. There is a link called 'View your posts' on the top right side of the forum too... ;)

And vB 4.0 sucks monkey balls atm. 3.8 was way better... :(

Good suggestion, will bounce it off the Uberites before I jump in and change things, I don't want to get yelled at.

I see this now!! cheers. Pretty darn small though! I was expecting to see it on a drop down menu...force of habbit!

Aye TBH I miss 3.8. But we have forked out the cash for 4.0 now so am determined to stick with it in the hope things will get better!

    True but sooooo useful... :D

When we upgraded to vB 4.0 the whole style was shot to hell (okay, we kinda expected that) but there are still a bunch of nasty bugs and we had to disable some plug-ins completely. TBH, I don't think it's worth upgrading (yet), if you start a new forum it might be different.

Oh yea? Nice. I'm not saying it's hard now, I've gotten around to the threads I want to but just adding "Gunner:" to all your topics is a silly way to sort topics if you can just make a sub-forum for it!
