Last night while i was playing, there was a player using the Tank and was able to shoot his rail gun not just through one wall but TWO!.... He was standing behind unbreakable glass and i was as well at my base, I mean we were both totally covered there should have been no way he could have shot me, or i him...... Possible glitch or hack, but it needs to be looked at, too many people are exploiting this game to the point, that less then a month after the release, people no longer want to play the game itself..... :| A great game like this deserves to be around a long time, but i am very convinced that just like all the great multiplayer games that cheaters will run off the masses, or you have to cheat to compete.... wheres the skill in that ???? :?
I was going to make a post about this as well. I've only ever seen one person doing it, and it was on GrenADE III Arena. Somehow the tank is able to stand right in the middle of unbreakable glass (not on the edge like the sniper can) and shoot right through it while being 100% protected from the front. I can't vouch for being able to shoot through two glass walls as I have not witnessed that.
i made a post about this way back when the game first came out. no one seemed to care then, i guess its becoming common knowledge on how to do now. So of course now people care.
Yeah, as long as your crosshair is over the glass you can shoot through it. This isn't just in Grenade III but I know exactly where you're talking about. The glass that is on the little bridges. You can do this on Steel Peel as well. Clipping in this game is a big problem.
I did not know about this till i did it by accident, this will get annoying as more people find out but atm only seen one other person do it.
