Sniper looking for team

I'm level 40 right now, and and have lately been getting at least 2 to 1 KDR in public matches, sometimes 5 to 1. My typical strategy is to move up to the middle map and hold it causing as much damage as possible, wait until I see 2 or more team mates making an offensive move and join them to push towards the moneyball. I am very much a team player and would like to play with some people who would like to implement some sort of team strategy into their gameplay.
