I was playing a private match and noticed. The rate of fire was the same on passive 3 fully spun. For the miniguns builds i tried arm.acc.crit arm.speed.acc arm.acc.crit. As to arm.rate.acc
Umm, sorry if I'm missing something, but none of those builds have RoF, so why wouldn't their rate of fire be the same?
So, if I read this correctly, you tried 3 different builds, all with no Rate of Fire endorsements and found no change in the actual rate of fire? Does Feedle know about this?
Yeah it was like having silver rate on those three builds.(miniguns only) They all went through a clip in about 11 seconds. The same as arm.rate.acc
I see... Not to call you a liar but that's something I'll need to test out for myself. TO THE BATCAVE!
Try it with gold clip size, that way it takes longer to go empty and you can get a more accurate reading. Test 1 Clip Rate Acc 15.5 ish seconds Test 2 Clip Armor Rate 15.5 ish seconds Test 3 Clip Armor Acc 16.0 ish seconds So while the change in spin up time is pretty large, and the mortar ROF change is huge, maybe it doesn't matter that much for how fast you actually shoot. I did this with a stopwatch, so there is definately a margin of error. If anyone wants me to, I can do a screen grab that can capture all three modes and put them side by side for a comparison.
has uber released like some type of spreadsheet showing the exact stats of each item? If not, UBER GIVE ME THEM!
Hey randomtoon can you do a screen grab. With the builds i posted and use the arm.rate.acc as a base.with miniguns fully spun por favor?
I've noticed a few things which Host does effect and rate of fire seams to be one of them. I mean if your playing on host gold rate of fire will beat out most players though not always the case. I played a tank vs tank match against gemicide and noticed that even though i had ran speed/armor/reload and he ran rate/armor/skill. I ended up jet gunning him each time and it was extremely quick. Then the next session he was host and tried the same thing. He overpowered me. So basically playing on host or off host effects rate of fire. It works best for slow moving weapons like GL, Mortars, Rail Gun, shotgun. This is where gold powers the slower class. As for you running all those builds without no rate then running rate pretty much makes it seam almost like you dont need it for the minigun. There is a chart here which i found eons ago that gives a basic rate etc of each gun without endorsements. http://denkirson.xanga.com/738334142/mo ... ht-combat/ Ill redit and add the other guide that had something that might make it more interesting. Theres a small difference in rate of fire between Assault rifle, dual mini, smg. Heres the other topic which might help too... I used to test this stuff out back before cor but i got to look through all my papers and crap. Usually its almost like paper rock scic. Rate/armor/Crit will overpower Rate/Armor/Acc or Armor/Rate/Crit etc.. Also again having host makes a big difference and note the armor and clip size. Best way to test this is with clip/rate/acc rate/clip/acc clip/acc/rate vs tank gold armor passive 3. Host and off host Anyhow i got to go to work ill see what i can figure out.. anyone want to help me out with this?
