Graphics bug: Missing Textures?

    So, the game seems to run fine and everything except for the fact that all characters in game and on the main menu are black and white pixels. Whats up? how can I fix this? I have already verified my cache through steam and it says its all good. I checked my video drivers and they are up to date. What should I do next? Pic attached.

    You're better off posting this in the SMNC Bug Reports than the MNC bug reports.
    As for the bug, I haven't seen it so I'm not sure.
