What's your NAT Type set as? (I think on this game it shows it right at bottom of screen under where the lobby players are) this is before pressing 'Quick Match'. If you can't find where it says that, you can find out by going to the Network Settings on the Xbox Dash/Main section.
My nat type is Open, so my connection is good but for some reason i can't find a decent game and nobody in this house or area is using internet right now, most of the time i'm the only one who is using the internet.
