As the perks in this game are called endorsements, shouldn't we get something for playing like an all star? I know in previous builds of the game bullseye dropped every endorsement. I think it would be cool if you could earn endorsements for your next respawn based on your performance. This would be similar to a bacon effect in that it would last for that entire life, but would only give you one extra boost.

Say for example you go on a crazy killing streak. If you earn a round the horn protag (4 multikill) then you receive one random and upgrade you aren't currently using... lets say accuracy bronze. If you got two round the horns or one 5 multikill (5 time) then you get one random silver upgrade... perhaps an armor endorsement. If you were lucky enough to get two 5 times or one all time great (6 multikill) then you get one extra gold endorsement... perhaps a rate of fire endorsement.

I would also suggest that no matter how well you performed, you can only rack up one endorsement per next life. If you happend to earn more than one, then you still only get one. There should be no choice in what you get, although I could understand if certain actions gave certain endorsements. Given that the boost would only last for your next life it wouldn't make that big of an impact.

Sounds like a good idea, on paper. But in a game if it was like that, say hello to more rage quitters. Its simple, your doing good, so then you'll end up doing great from these endorsements, that the other team will rage quit everytime, Haha.

Go on a killing streak and gain powers to prolong your killing streak and make it harder and harder to kill you... hmmm, sorry guy, but I don't think this would work out too well in game.

You guys are missing the point, you have to die in order to use the perk. If you take a headshot on your next life when leaving the base with that endorsement then it just got wasted.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but I had bacon seven times before I got to level 40. I've had it once more now that I'm 90 something. Bacon is cool, but it doesn't make you all powerful.

A one time powerup really isn't going to make that much difference. Given that you have to put forth tremendous effort to earn them I think they would be well deserved. Considering how quickly those endorsements flash you might not even know which one you got. There's a good chance also that you would get one that wouldn't help you. But I think it would be neat.

As for rage quitters, when playing with two of my friends (much less 3-5) we have trouble keeping people in a game longer than two minutes. Either we end the game, or we are just playing with them.

I could work with 1 lvl 2 endorsment your givin for 1 live, but if its a lvl 3, it may be a little overpowered, or maybe a level 1, doesnt give much a difference but does give u a little edge if your doing good.

Also, this kind of sounds like the same thing as ranking up your abilities using cash. No, it's not exactly the same thing, but it accomplishes the same thing. It's the same reason why there shouldn't and won't be a "Bot Master" class like someone else is suggesting; it's not exactly the same thing as Support, but it accomplishes the same thing, so there's no need for it.

If you notice I also said you have to do something amazing to get a gold upgrade and you have to put forth great effort to get a silver. How many times have you gotten an All time great? I'm pretty sure I earned one in a game where the other team all left but I didn't get the credit. Meanwhile I have several 5 times. Basically I was saying if you get one of those it would be a silver.

Then again maybe you're much better than me. Maybe you have tons of the 'all time great' protag, and they flow for you like water....but I really doubt that.

Currently the only extra endorsement you can get is speed, and because of that speed is a near worthless endorsement to use. Most of the time I'm running around with an extra gold or silver speed endorsement. But then again, so is everyone else.

I'm up to 10 bacon drops now. As a gunner the only about half the upgrades matter; my silver becomes gold and I get gold accuracy/ammo/reload.

Would it really be a big deal for someone to earn an extra random bronze or silver endorsement (golds would be very hard to achieve as I stated)? The key word there is random. Many of the endorsements just don't have a viable function on certain classes.

Your performance in game is irrelevant to how right your point is, in fact it hurts your credibility because you're one of the people that would benefit from this and are therefore biased.

Would it destroy the game? No, but at the same time I don't think it's important enough to implement. As I said, there's already a means of becoming more powerful in the game from doing well; from all the money one earns. I'd rather them just add more complexity to that than add in something completely different (and random).

Reading this I have one though... maybe something like this as an add on for the custom classes... that you have to buy with in game cash... something like on a custom you can pay to have your sliver or bronz be bumped 1 class... but make it rediculatly expenicive..... maybe 2 mill for sliver to gold... 1mill for bronz to sliver and 4 mill for bronz to gold?... yes.. the better would get there faster.. but it would be possible for everyone to get.... its your choise if you want more customs and titles or just one hell of a custom.... but it only works for the perk you choose... IE you bump steel peel its only steel peel if you change your sliver to something else you have to pay to bump it again... that should keep you from just changing a single custome slot to whatever class and having all gold regardless.
