Demigod on Steam

I feel like I should buy it for perspective, but at the same time I keep hearing that it was ruined.

Is it worth getting?

The balance is playable if you stack health and armor like there is no tomorrow. Connection issues that plagued Demigod early on have been more or less fixed and this version might even use Steamworks. Demigod is overall a very good and entertaining game but the community died far too soon because Stardock completely screwed up the launch. It took them 2 months until connectivity worked for me and I was finally able to play online.

Scathis worked on Demigod, right? Because that's kinda the main reason about why I posted about it.

Yup, Scathis and o were the brains behind the game design but they left and founded Uber before the game was finished.

Demigod sucked.

Worth buying. The community aint that large but thanks to this sale we can hope for more players.
