MNC University - Class #1 - Support/Tank - 8/26

I need to stress that this is currently PENDING as I wait for DunkTank's confirmation as to whether he can make it 8/26 (Thursday - TOMORROW).

Date & Time: August 26 - 9pm EST

Where: Xbox Live, students will receive friend invites and party invites

What: We will be providing instructions on how to play as Tank (team A) and Support (team B). We will show offensive strategy, defensive strategy, Money-ball Attack, Money-Ball Defense AND how to counter the tactics we are using.

Why: Because.

How: This is the 1st class we are offering at MNCU, so it's really a trial run. We will accept 10 players to start -- it will be a 6 vs. 6 scrimmage. The purpose is not to win, but to learn how to utilize a certain Pro's tactics, how to counter the tactics, and when to use certain skills.

Syllabus: The game starts with the professors (Myself and DunkTank) playing as Support and Tank -- one other person will also play as those selected classes with us. For the first match we will play a normal game, explaining in detail why we are doing what you are seeing. The other 4 slots will be filled with classes designated by the OTHER professor (for instance DunkTank may want to see Assault, Gunner, and 2 Assassins). This gives the feel of a REAL MATCH and forces tactics to be used and countered.

The second game will feature 2 students from each team playing AS the Pro classes being taught and the professors will play DEFENSE ONLY in order to provide assistance to players learning the designated Pro Class.

The third game will feature anyone who hasnt played as the designated Pro Class with the professors still playing a somewhat-defensive game.

How to sign-up: We will treat this as a 1st come/1st serve situation. Please provide: XBOX Live Name / Class you would like to play. If you are unable to attend, we will refer to this post for fill-ins, so dont stop posting just because 5 people have posted with interest.

*No Trash Talking, please dont talk over the professors, have fun.

There will be general goofing off too -- I hope you guys arent viewing this as a "class setting" -- you won't get detention. Fun is the #1 objective.

Also, I need to stress that these are general guidelines on how to play. I'm sure every person who plays with us tonight will elaborate on our methods to make them their own ... and probably and up getting better than some of us (namely, me).
