You were mentioning exploits in the original post. Some of us are unaware of what things maybe considered explots. I'm BDSaint13713, PatentedMonkey posted our information so we will be in the tournament and I wanted to clarify things before I get into it.

Obviously the Assassins exploit for infinite sprint is an exploit. But overhealing jackbots? I was unaware that it was. Also, is attacking the money ball an exploit? I know it was not originally intended but anyone can do it with ease. I'm not complaining and have no problem if these are considered exploits, but if you have a list of common exploits I would love to hear them in order to make sure my team is playing by the rules.

Another exploit you should be aware of is on the Grenade3 area (the big circular one that is floating above water.) The Tank railgun can stick through a barrier and you can shoot people through that barrier while being blocked. I've seen it it done and I've discovered it by accident. I do not know which side it is, but it's a barrier near the center facing the enemy team on the 3rd/final archway right next to the where the turrets and bots are.

Anyways, please, if you could kindly post a list of exploits that people maybe unaware of.

So if a team isn't on, and one of the alt teams is they play?
Does that alt team keep playing if they win?
And will alt teams be picked in the order as they appear in the bracket post?

If an alt team plays a game for an absent team, they will take their spot in the tournament. It is a plain and simple rule.

Do we have finalized rulings about what is and is not allowed tonight? And I haven't messed around in private matches at all...can you pick sides like in MW2 or do you need to be in party chat to make sure everyone goes to the right team? Thanks!

fiercelyfuzzy is on two teams in the east bracket.

Me, tE Toxicity, and tE Chaston are on his ALT. So if he plays in the bracket he cannot be on an alt team

I will use this post as general rules for the games to live by for these games. Here is specific things to look out for:

- Do not use any sort of exploits with movement for any class (assassin, assault etc)
- Do not shoot over barriers with the Tank or the Sniper.
- Do not put support firebases under money balls for them to fall on (I was just made aware of this bug).
- Jackbots cannot be overhealed but the support aura currently shows as "overheal" which is allowed.
- The money ball should only be taken down by bots.
- No traveling off the map (on top of play spawners etc).

A general rule of thumb will be, if you think it is cheating, it is and don't do it

I'm assuming that "over barriers" means through barriers, essentially doing something similar to shooting through walls that normally block on coming attacks.

It's 6v6, so no. It'll be up to the teams and their Captains to enforce everything. Now that I think of it, a Tournament Mode with spectator ability would be awesome DLC...

I don't think there are devs on the teams since we had to get our own teams and it's 6v6. It's up to us to enforce the rules on ourselves and keep the other teams in line as well. Just go over the rules before you launch the games.

The rosters listed were the very first ones that teams posted. We (and I'm guessing other teams as well) have since edited the post (last edit for us was saturday). Just wanted to let teams know that so nobody is calling shenanigans before the match tonight.

Going to be a little difficult going on the honor system. One team is at one base, the other team at your base... how are you to know if mischief is going on...?
One could easily make false accusations that are hard to prove otherwise and of course their team is not likely to contradict it.
What I guess I'm trying to say is: I'm not a fan of the honor system. I accept it begrudgingly since we don't have another option for 6v6. :|

Does that mean supports are not allowed to heal Jackbots when they are at full health? Or are you stating a fact?
