I regret to inform you that i'll be bringing down all the services and servers by the 10th of November when my contract with my provider ends. The costs of hosting is to high considering the amount of people still playing the game. It has been a fun ride, i enjoyed creating the webbassed Browser and the webadmin interface. and i'm quite proud of the tracker script i built for my servers which tracks and reports statistics/rank of players. Since i brought this tracker online only 5 months ago over 16k individual players have played on my servers. 628,882 Kills have been made. 3,155,591 bots have been destroyed and a total of 101,996 rounds were played. That's something to be proud of . i hoped you enjoyed it as much as i did. I'll be back for SMNC
Thanks for hosting the servers Racquemis! I played on them quite often and had a lot of fun! Hopefully you can use parts of your webinterface for SMNC too. Cheers and thanks for all the work you put into making MNC more enjoyable!
Yeah, thanks for all the effort you've gone into running this server. But it's kinda sad that very few people are playing this game. There is barely anyone that's online and since SMNC Beta is out the lobby's are all empty. :cry:
yeah, it got to a point that it wasn't worth the cost anymore. But still i have to thank uber without them i wouldn't have hosted the servers and i wouldn't even have considered writing scripts. script writing was actually a lot of fun, sure i was not an expert, but i got the job done. I was quite surprised how quickly i was able to think out solutions to problems with the knowledge i had. especially considering it was the first time i ever wrote such script. Good times thanks for the appreciation guys.
