I found Bullseye...outside the arena!

    Not sure if there's much that can be done about this, but in the LazorRazor Arena (rectangular shaped map, blue on right side), I found Bullseyes, standing on air, outside the arena, Blue side, north.

    Blast off the edge by blue side's northeast big box (where snipers like to hang out), then turn around 180 degrees, and you'll find him underneath the map.

    He appears there, even when he's on the field.
