LOST ALL DATA... PLZ FIX TIS NOW

playing xbox live for last few days and this morning i have lost all my custom classes and money and tags......

i dunno if this due to extreme server load or on xbox's part but i want my classes and unlocks back ... or my money either 1 ill be happy with

im to assume its just a glitch and all will be well Fine i am still ranked on leaderboards for total money earned but plz fix it or give an idea of what is going on to say i am not a happy MNC player right now is an understatement

Acc is completely FUBAR i have no idea what has occured but can some1 else let me know if they have experienced the same.... lvl 40 and 4 custom classes down the drain FIX THIS PLZ

RANK IS NOW ALSO RESET WTF!!!!!!! im not a hacker or a glitcher i play legit and this happens for some unexplained reason now when i turn the game on its like i have just downloaded it and starts up the 1st rookie mission!!!!! any1? HELP.....

It was probably a glitch in the system. Perhaps u turned off ur console whilst the game was trying to save? (end of a game). Have u played a game with the newly needed account? If not, don't yet. If you do I'm pretty sure there won't be a way to return u ur stats, as the game will save ur new stats instead. If u haven't already, but I assume u have, exit ur game and start it back up and see if it makes a difference. If not, wait for a dev, sorry :/

yer tried restarting it multiple times?! and like i said it was quite literally between rounds waiting for the next game to start......and yer i had obviously started a game thus realising something was up tried restarting didnt work played on with atleast my rank intact but as u said it is now completely reset so..... looks like a total restart is in order unless i here something soon from these lovely chaps at UBER ent... :lol:

sigh... its making me not want to play it already im really dissapointed atm after finally returning to my xbox for this to occur just a few days in... it has totally wiped my enthusiasm for such a great game CMON UBER even if i cant get my stas back an explanation as to why this may have occured would be great PLZ dont make me give up my hope of a TRUE gaming company focused on its fan's

If you look at the timestamps for each post you would realize that they are at least an hour apart.

i certainly hope im the only 1 i would not like something like this to sink in and start effecting multiple players if it did we would have an angry mob on our hands judging by how quick this game is spreading......

If this happened to a certain other game where everything in the game was tied to your rank or number of kills with specific weapons, there would be an angry mob. Since you have access to pretty much everything in MNC after two or three rounds of Crossfire, no one would care enough to start a threadnought on the forums.

have you tried turning it off and back on again

We're sorry to hear that you lost your data. To be able to look into the issue we need to know the exactly what you were doing when you notice the data was gone. Also are you saving to HD, USB, or Memory Card?

ok ill try to remember the exact sequence of events it went something like this....partyed up with team mates then we searched for a game played said game with no trouble at all.. now between switching to the next round there was a host migration but everything seemed normal it was only once the round started i realised all my customs classes were gone. So i finished the game off then hopped out to main menu to check what was going on and all my Tags/classes and money had gone

now this is what i find odd fair enough if it glitched and reset it BUT i had still kept my rank at this point it was only about 3-5 games later it was like a complete reset... rank everything etc so i went out to dashboard thinking maybe it was a update when i restarted the game it started up like i had just downloaded it and went straight into the 1st single player mission???

im sure its confused u guys as much as me...but im sure it aint frustrated you more than me...

oh and i save using a Hard Drive 120 gig elite thats not too old and had no problems...so im hoping it is not my HDD

I would try deleting and recovering your gamer tag. It seems like we have a few issues that seem to get fixed by doing that.

trying now... dont hold much hope as i was reluctant to delete my game saves and data for my other games so its only a tag recovery which i dont think is gonna fix the issue.... here's hoping

tryed recovering Acc did not work got the msg of HD not recognizing GT tryed a restoring everything fixed the msg but well and truly stuck with reset stats


OH Well time to get to work......lvl40 custom classes all my sig's down the drain hopefully UBER gimme something shiny for the loss although it aint there fault so i would understand if they told me to FCK off lol

well few hours in and im acctually smiling since the random reset i have mangaed to keep a positive k/d ratio now lol oh well guess it was kinda for the best in the end learnt the game and now my stats are atleast better for it hahahha but in the end i hope u guys can figure out what may have caused this to avoid it in the future

thanks again guys for your responce's and attempt's to help asap but alas i have caved and found some solus in the reset and perhaps am slightly better for it.
