Im pretty sure that in the past thread titled something like....."MW3 or BF3" ive told people that im getting BF3 about 10 times xD
BF3, lately ive been reading a lot of bad news about MW3. Gameinformer had an article that was really saying its just like MW2, because its barely updated. Just new perk system and killstreak. The game will be nothing special BF3 on the other hand has been in the making for 3+ years, has a new engine, graphically brilliant, and has more action than MW could ask for.....it also comes out before MW3. Ask yourself this, do you want to be playing the new hotness, or just a rehashed version of a game that gets made every year
id rather have a bad browser that can be fixed than the same gameplay ive had for 4 years. BF3 will be the better game without a doubt. The way game informer spoke about MW3, the even stated it to be a "glorified map pack" so i already know what to expect. There are 3 perk trees, oooo wow lol. I want big action, the difference between the 2 is Modern Warfare is a Arcade Shooter, and Battlefield is a war simulator.
MW3 = Arcade style shooter that's easy to pick up and play. Great for casual play. BF3 = Deep war shooter (simulator is a dumb word) that requires tactic and teamwork. Much different from BF2. Each game has their own flare to it. Enjoy them for what they are.
BF3 is not a war simulator when you compare it to lets say Red Orchestra 2 which is absolutely brutal.
