BAD LAG NO SMOOTH PLS HELP

i dl game waste $15 and its not smooth i get killed like a bad kid because lag spikes and ughhhhhhhh its bad. I have everything on low and on can you run it it says i passed this game by alot..

Is your firewall interfering?
Is your system actually up to spec?

Is that one of those HP all-in-one's/notebooks? Your Graphics card is really not suited for gaming.

Config file. Would go into your My Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\HostileGame\Config folder

Tho you might be better off copying many of the differences between your config and the one posted
