Can you post what kind of hit detection MNC uses for clients online?

I've been in a couple pretty laggy lobbies, and I'd just like to know if I should be leading my shots to compensate for the lag, or if my best bet is to just shoot at enemies where they are and hope for the best.

I'm interested as well because when the lag sets in, it seems that I hit players/bots, and it connects and makes the hit sound on my side, but their health never goes down and I die. But that is only in EXTREME lag and I've only seen that like 2 or 3 times.

Posting our hit detection methodology would only entice hackers.

If you're seeing a lot of lag, drop out and search again.

I'm working on a patch to fix the internet in my own time but I'm having some difficulty getting the flux capacitor to work.

I think it's not working because of the power problems we've been having. We just can't get the necessary 1.21 gigawatts into the office!
