Please number the official servers

Hi.

I'm tired of joining the official servers (the only ones that have players) and having the teams be stacked over and over and over again. It's disgusting. I want to join another server. The servers aren't labeled. I join the same freaking server over and over again. I rage. I just want to play with other people where there may be less stacking. Every gosh darn time I play in the past week, it's team-stacked to high heaven and it isn't helping anyone, be it individual players or the community as a whole, which is small enough.

Please do something about this. Please label or number your servers so I can differentiate between them. Please.

They can't stack teams if everyone stacks with them.

Correct me if I am wrong but aren't they labeled differently? Like Isn't one for instance Uber Official LAX?

But they're empty... I haven't seen duplicate servers since free weekend.

The two servers I have highlighted have 7 players and have the same server name. Yes, they are on different maps, but that doesn't always happen. It's confusing and frustrating.

According to your story, you can differentiate between them by the one that has players and the ones that are empty.
So apparently you know which server not to join.

Then I guess you know which 2 servers not to join.



Does it really matter if they have numbers? If you are so sure that every server with players on it will be stacked, I am pretty sure joining a server without players can be done regardless of numbers in the server names.
But then again, all you said was, Every game no matter what is stacked, so it really doesnt matter in the end anyway. Even if you start a game by joining an empty server, it will just result in a stacked game once people join, right?


I guess the only conclusion is that you need to play better so it isnt always stacked when you are on the server.

I never said I can differentiate between them. I never changed my story. Re-read my posts. I showed you a screenshot of two servers with 7 players each with the exact same names. How am I to know which server I was just on if they are on the same map? This happens often.

I don't know why you're so belligerent. I'm making a simple, logical request.

Your point is valid, and should be done. Cross your fingers and pray for it in the update is all I can say.

Wouldn't need to wait for that, just need to get someone with admin access to crack open the server config and put in "1/2/etc"

Numbering them would also help friends meet up with you in-game. As it is now, it's a guessing game when I tell my friends to join the server I'm on... The game doesn't even show you the game server name while you're playing on it!

Too bad I can't just use Steam to follow a friend into a game server. That would be lovely.
