(Exploit?) Just what we need... Auto Kill Air Strikes.

Haven't encountered this one 'til today. Basically it allows a Support to just kill you with an Air Strike instantly. No sound alarm before it detonates or delay between landing and detonation. You just die. Automatic Ground Zero -_-

I don't play Support, and I don't mess with exploits, so I couldn't tell ya' how it's done. It'd be nice if this was addressed before it gets overblown.


There was another match where I was caught like 6 times by this, but only twice in this match.

While you can watch the scoreboard and see that it's done many more times, he only gets me personally with it twice.

First instance is at 0:40
Second is at 9:10

If that video is typical of your play style, you should really check out some of the information contained in the Strategy n Tactics section...Just sayin'.

-_- it's very obviously not, as if the random pausing and attempting to trigger behavior out of someone with a shottie wasn't a dead giveaway... most of it was time spent trying to egg on this abnormal air strike behavior instead of actually playing the game.

If I wanted to make a bragging skill showcase video, I'd make a bragging skill showcase video.

I wonder the same thing... the whole time I was thinking 'maybe it could be a glitch' though, you can see a "normal" air strike happen at the end of the video.

You are a liar, liar. The only game you and I played in the last 4 months is the one where Tom made you so mad that you dashboarded. Come to think of it, that game 4 months ago that I played against you, you dashboarded, too. You must really have trouble controlling yourself.

You ever notice how the top of an Air Strike beacon is near invisible and doesn't make a sound... This is no cheat.

Yeah it's just G3 man. An airstrike thrown off a cliff is an instant detonation above it. There's also a spot on Steel Peel (the back door area leading into the base and underneath the annhiliator) where you can do it, as well as just about any time you get rung out by something.

Not a glitch, eh? Iuno... a airstike that can detonate without the delay and notifications that make an auto-kill item balanced... that's easily just as problematic as the pre-patch junk like the Assassin speed glitch and gunners being able to reload while taunting.
