No Servers Listed in "Internet" list

I recently put together this pc. Until now, I played on my old pc which runs windows vista. This pc runs windows 7. I can find servers in my history list and join them, but the internet list refuses to populate. I do not yet have any anti-virus software. I have tried reinstalling the game, setting my pc as a DMZ, turning off UAC, and disabling windows firewall. None of these things has worked so far. Does anyone have any other ideas of what I can do?

I recently did a reinstall going from xp to win7 64bit, when i started up mnc nothing would show in server list, i had to use my history to connect, i just kept switching between the different tabs (history, faves, servers, lan etc) and eventually the server list repopulated itself, give it time.

How long did it take? I've been trying for about 15 minutes with no results. Also, once it populated, did it work from then on? or did you have to wait each time you tried to play a game?

Only happened once.

Which router do you have, if its thompson then it has problems with steam, just google steam and thompson router for the fix.

I have a D-link router. It's also the same router configuration I've always had, and my old pc is still able to get a server list

I have the same issue and it is very annoying.

Any Uber Ent admins have an idea of what might be the problem?

Possible fix

I'm not receiving the errors listed in that fix, or any errors at all. I can join games through friends or my history log, the server list simply does not populate. I actually have the same issue with brink now that I've tried that as well

I tried reinstalling the game and everything. Nothing has worked, it makes the game rather unplayable.

Same problem here. I can connect through the website below and through the 2-3 servers in my history and favorites.

Hit the "Install Url Protocol"

Then, make sure the game is closed, and find a server you want, and hit the green button in the far right column. Servers joined through this site will appear in your history and can be added to favorites.


It worked for me, but try at your own risk. It's not my site or anything.
