We were all online around those times, I was personally around from 3-8 and we never saw any of you.

So we just Sumo'd instead.

These times are conflicting (1PM EST is 5PM GMT, 6PM GMT is 2PM EST), and I made 3 posts requesting clarification, but nobody seemed to notice.

No, it isn't. EST is GMT - 5. 6PM GMT is 1PM GMT.

You made one. It didn't get any notice because it clearly said in the OP that it was 6 GMT. I have no idea where you got BST.

Regardless, you should have have been on at 5 pm GMT just to check. You weren't even on at all.

No time was confirmed therefore there was no match. You wouldn't turn up at the dentist just in case you had an appointment.

...Like Fool clearly said, the time WAS confirmed. 6 PM GMT. Even if it was either 5 PM GMT or 6 PM GMT, you should have gone on at 5 PM GMT just to at least check and see. Verify for yourself.

And the dentist thing: You're comparing two completely different things.

There really is no point arguing here, lets just agree for next time both teams explicitly agree to the proposed time and date.

From my outside reading of the situation, it is perfectly understandable why RMW did not show up. There were several times listed in this thread and anytime Myst asked for confirmation, he was ignored. Its not like no one came back to the thread. They posted directly after he asked for confirmation and did not provide it.

The idea that they should have been on at an earlier time to "check" only confirms that there was obviously misinformation about the start time of this scrim. Its not like they just no showed and then complained about the lack of information on a start time after the fact, they aired their grievance multiple times before the scrimmage, and received no answer to their issue. Unsure of when to play, they no showed instead of trying to guess. Its perfectly understandable. I'd hate to lose a Saturday trying to plan it around scheduling a match in a video game.
