Taunting at the right time

I cannot seem to taunt at the right time and receive 50 instead of 100 bucks.

I can't blame ping as I tried many servers and I get the same effect. Was taunting nerfed?

Doesn't taunting after a kill usually only give out 50 bucks, unless done when juiced?

taunting when juiced used to give $100 but after the juice nerf, all $$ gained when taunting has been halved, including taunting when juiced

Taunt (before kill) $5
Taunt (after kill) $50
Taunt in juice (before kill) $50
Taunt in juice (after kill) $100
