Same. I noticed some servers are starting to fake their player counts too. I've joined a few that are stated as 4/12 or something, but when you join it's just you in the lobby.
we all have that problem now or join servers via the "history" tab (don't have any servers in favourites tab to test)
I'm having the same issue. Server list worked fine yesterday . Today, it will only show empty or full servers, none in between. No network changes on my end in the meantime. On verification via steam, I have one file fail constantly. It is instantly downloaded, takes about 2 seconds. Run it again, file is corrupt. Tried a clean install, no good.
that one file is nothing to worry about, just a ini file thats the game makes some changes in when you start it. no need to redownload that file everytime, that is not the cause of this issue.
I had the same problem this morning and fixed it by going to the main menu, back to multiplayer, favorites, refreshing and basically clicking a lot of stuff. After 30 seconds it was fixed.
seems everyone had this problem, but no post about it from Uber. Wonder whats going on? Is it an uber thing or a valve thing?
There was a minor settings issue when the latest patch initially rolled out. It was quickly fixed on the back end and everything should be good now.
