Assassins can run this fast? HUH?!?

Hey guys, I ran into an assassin today and I cant seem to figure this out but, watch the video. It explains it all.

Is this even possible? I have never come across an assassin that can run around the whole map in 5 seconds. If so I can post the whole match. I have recorded it and will post up for proof for trolls if this is a hacker. Gamertag has been recorded as well.

I'm pretty sure that person was juiced

They could also have a speed endorsement.

She/he wasn't juiced at all. Not any part of the match and they were running this fast. I don't plus this person was shaking a few people across the map. As what I was told by other players.

Ive seen people running that fast right in the beginning of the match. And no, gold speed endorsement doesnt move you that fast.

I just went in a private match killed bots with assassin and got enough money for 1 juice and gold speed and I didn't run that fast. Uber need to check the video to confirm if it is a hack.
