Man I wished I could work for uber! What kind of courses do you need in college to be a game develper/ designer? I don't know alot because theres nothing in my school about game design and its something I want to get into.
What kind of education you pursue should depend on what kind of role you want. For example programmers should get a comp sci or comp engineering degree. I highly recommend a good university education. In addition to that the best way to get into the industry is to make games. Just make little ones at home and learn that way. Once you make and release a game, even for free, you are now part of the industry!
