When I use ARs, I use the Rhett. It has great DPS, but very very low ammo. In any other situation I use the Bulpdaun, which in my opinion is the best gun in the game, thing is ridiculous.
using the carb9 allows you to move at full walking speed because the hipfire is amazing, and it has the best mathematical dps out of all the automatic guns in the game (yes, even the gotlung and chinzor).
however does the Bulpdan or something have better aim and with high ammo i think it could be better than Carb9
I honestly havnt seen that many carbs being used. Probably because most people are still finding out which weapon they like the most.
Don't know how many scrims, mixes, mercs you did but almost everybody uses it (those who don't use a sniper rifle).
the bulpdaun is for people who dont want to use the carb9, plain and simple. i tend to run a bulpdaun and a speed-slung belgo if i run out of ammo. that being said, the bulp does have the best scoped in accuracy, more than twice as good as the carb scoped in.
Iron sight with SMG's = Almost always pointless The Carb is the best weapon in this game (leaving out the sniper rifle). If you use another weapon it's because of preference. Aiming in Brink is a joke anyway due to the randomness of the spread, so you might as well take the weapon with the highest amount of DPS you can use as a light and spray your target.
you forgot this part: i dont like using the carb9 unless i have to, usually relying on the bulp, but recently i moved up to a medium and am using the gerrund. i prefer the gerrund over the rhett because the accuracy is AMAZING for the slight loss in damage, not to mention the stock clip is 30 so there is no need for the hi-cap mag.
the carb9 > all other smgs. not at what they are good at, but what the carb is good at. having no reticle bloom in hipfire allows for walking speed while shooting accurately instead of having to zoom and lose mobility. that is why the gun is a spopular as it is in competition.
well people have different ways of playing so i guess it depends on how you play...and some people just dont want to use the guns that 90% of the people are using
not really. you can either hit most of your bullets with a bulpdaun at 20 damage per bullet, 909 bullets per minute, while zoomed in and moving all sorts of slow OR you can hit most of your bullets with a carb9 at 23 damage per bullet, 909 bullets per minute, while hipfiring and moving faster. the carb9 does better dps AND movement speed. so if you prefer to ADS accurately, then by all means use the bulp. just dont be upset when someone outshoots you with a carb. the same is the case with the tampa and galactic. the kross is the only smg that stands a CHANCE against the carb9. the kross has better hipfire accuracy, but still has reticle bloom and the second lowest damage of any smg. as the game sits now, carb9 > other smgs > assault rifles > LMGs. shotguns, rifles, and pistols are in their own category alltogether.
