Full game has online, Demo has no online play mode.

if both the 360 and ps3 version of the demo reach a combined total of 1 million downloads it unlocks a unicorn that shoots rainbows out it's but as a weapon.
and no i'm not joking. although it isnt clear if that weapon will be for demo only or included in the retail version.

Probably for full game, Dragon age 2 had a similar thing with the demo
