Dedicated servers.

Who over at Microsoft do we have to harass to get some dedicated servers . I really want to know. We all pay for a Gold membership. We deserve a golden experience. And MNC deserves a little love .

What games on Xbox do have dedicated servers?

GOW2, Halo, Call Of Duty.

Only a handful of games on the 360 even have them. See the thing is Microsoft charges Dev. Teams to run a dedicated server for their game and I am sure Uber doesn't feel like doing that.

if you want a dedicated server why dont we select a perma host who has the best internet connection and donate some money to ultra high speed internet

then we add him as a friend and have him play as host 24/7
i know he might end up boosting to#1 but he would be dedicated and have the best connection

Get a good connection, 100/100 MB (or 203482304830284/203482304830284 yottabites), get host and run lobby 24/7.

Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 also have dedicated servers.

EDIT: Also, I don't know about Reach, but I think Halo 3 didn't have dedicated servers. It used to migrate host if I remember correctly.

Both Halo 3 and Reach run on a sort of 'joint host' system, where two or three people share host.

None of those games have dedicated servers?

I've heard something about GoW2 having one, but Halo and Call Of Duty having dedicated servers? That's something we only can hope for.
