I'll say this - it's not 100% necessary, but I do know that experience is directly proportional to skill. If somebody can prove that they've got a good grasp of the game and they are less experienced (or in Nothing2Nowhere's case, had a previous account that is a lot higher), it's up for consideration.

I'm from the Uk so my timezone will be roughly 5+ hours ahead depending where you are in US. But I'm up at all hours (lolits6am) so I can play whenever. I don't have to be in college often >

rank =/= skill, sorry to say. Your statement is only partially correct. People who play the game a lot have the potential to be better than others who don't invest as much time.

Pretty much.

Sooooooooo many times I've played a match and figured I was playing with typical new players... only for the match to end and see a lobby full of bots. Sometimes even bots as high as black jacks and a couple of jack bots... It's pathetic.

I think you're both thinking the same thing, though; more playtime = greater POTENTIAL, not necessarily greater skill.
